SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Area We currently ship within Spain. We may expand our delivery area to additional European Union countries in the future.

Estimated Delivery Times  5-15 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (public holidays, logistics incidents, etc.).

Shipping costs: Free shipping

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery.

Shipping Issues If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@familyessence.store. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Customs and Import Taxes Orders shipped to countries within the European Union are delivered with applicable customs duties and import charges included in the shipping service. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
